Start Up Procedure:

1. Check pressure, make sure pumps are working correctly

2. Make sure filament on ion gauge is off

3. Turn on Argon (below 50 mtorr)

4. Turn on Water Cooler

5. Turn on RF source (below 200 volts)

6. BField if necessary

7. Take data with probe

Shut off Procedure:

1. Turn off BField (if it was on)

2. Turn off RF source

3. Water Cooler Off

4. Turn down argon (clockwise is off)
